Dear all,
I tried to run it in p3dv2.1. I did all the same as with v2, including adding lines to .xml file for sound. (the file has different name now, it is not anymore dll.xml, but exe.xml...??).
All is the same BUT pressure packs don't work... So once engines are stopped they cannot be started again - no pressure for starter.....

Any idea what can be wrong or where cs757 has this feature and then why it does not work in v2.1 ???
any idea or help would be very welcomed !
thanks
JM

I just did a test in P3D v2.1, and the 757 caused a CTD when I pressed the DEP/ARR button.

Just so you know, I added the entries from the FSX DLL.XML into both the P3D v2.1 DLL.XML that I found in the %AppData%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\ folder (after deleting it before installing the 2.1 patch) as well as adding them to EXE.XML. It made no difference. When using the CDU, P3D v2.1 crashed to desktop (CTD). So I can't get the CS 757 working in P3D v2.1. :(

There is a fix available now.  I don't know if it will help:

The fix is actually here: http://www.prepar3d.com/forum-5/?mingleforumaction=viewtopic&t=5696 and not in the Avsim forum. But thank you, I got the P3D v2.1 Hotfix link from the Avsim forum nevertheless. ;)

Although all the switches that were not working before are now working, unfortunately, the CS 757 still caused a CTD at the same place as it did before (when trying to select DEP/ARR in the CDU). I haven't rebooted my computer yet, which might be needing to be done to get it to work. :-/
