The cs.sound.dll for the Captain Sim 757 (and 767) works fine in both v1.4 and v2. You probably never copied the entry from the FSX DLL.xml file over to the P3D DLL.xml file. Don't worry though, you wouldn't be the first person hadn't done that, even I forgot to do that when I first installed P3D. :o :(
