Just to explain my surprise and repeated question. I was am under the impression that you are planning to spend 200 Dollars (instead of 50) because of some vague information and hearsay. The 'v5' calculations then added to the.. amazement.  :P

I don't want to tell people how they spend their money but I'm interested in at least roughly understanding why if they promote that 200 bucks purchase enthusiastically.  :) Thanks to High Iron for a bit of clarity. Me says that, when LM releases the actual and official V2 conditions, we will all be a bit wiser or at least aware.

Must say that I actually look on how the 'no entertainment regime' turns out again. It's not like e.g. CS happily put out P3D installers and patches while some other devs did. Now P3D V1 allowed some rough copy and paste 'installation' most of the time (I think only the 777 fails) and support then came from other users, but the V2 technical background may have changed some more, causing a need for deeper reworks.

So if we would be looking at 'the' future sim while the licence trouble (entertainment vs commercial use) spoils the installation of some of our favourite addons, we may not have gained much. Besides, we were lucky with CS picking the more liberal support of P3D V1 (means it's not forbidden but also not officially supported) whereas some other devs seemed to go up to FL180 when you just wrote the P3D phrase in their forums.  ;D

By this, looking forward to your reports.  :)
