After you load the flight plan, did you click "find route?" when you do that, FS completely ignores the route you just loaded and makes its own.

Me too. But today when I loaded the saved flight, it was still there, but somewhere in the remaining flight, LRP disappeared.  :question

But I was able to finish the flight without any problems.
