Firstly. To get the crew messages, and some other sounds, working, I have to reload the 727 (every time) I use it in FSX (and P3D). Give that a try and see if it gets them working..

Secondly. I don't know where you got the info on them being a voice checklist, they aren't. The crew messages are the announcements by the Captain and Stewardess. They are as follows:

Top Row - Captains messages
Button 1: Welcome Message
Button 2: Ready for Pushback Message
Button 3: Arrival Message
Buttons 4 - 6: INOP

Bottom Row - Stewardess messages
Button 1: Welcome Message
Button 2: Refueling Message
Button 3: Safety Briefing Message
Button 4: Night Takeoff Message
Button 5: Departure Message
Button 6: Turbulence Message
Button 7: Descent Message

EDIT: I think there was something, like what you have quoted (in your second post), in the Legendary 727 for FS9/FS2004. I don't know for sure because I never bought any Captain Sim products for FS9. :-/
