Great info thanks.  Luckily I'm familiar with the file FSX structures. With this info I can go into each affected aircraft and remove the offending files and then hopefully solve the problem or I will in future, add Weapon load files manually. I'll follow up with the results.

At least it will allow you to add Weapon for FSX to other aircraft! I'm just sorry I can help you get the Loader working. If a solution to the problem comes to mind, I'll be sure to let you know. ;)
