Definitely better to either send me an email using the email button on my posts, or PM me (but I think you need minimum of 10 posts before you can use the PM system :().
Also. Make sure to tell me who you are (including your forum nickname) and what it's about, otherwise I'm not up to speed on what it is you need help with. ;)
