You are missing the texture.cfg files....So copy the texture.cfg from a default livery in the same folder (which are CS_C130, CS_EX1_C130, CS_EX1_CL130, CS_EX1_KC130, CS_EX2_AC130, CS_EX2_C130, CS_EX2_C133 and CS_EX2_LC130) as the new livery. Use the following as examples of which texture.cfg to copy and paste.
1. If it's the C130E, then copy the texture.cfg in the CS_C130\texture.us_gr and paste it into the CS_C130\texture.xxx folder for the new livery. 2. if it is the C130J, then copy the texture.cfg from the CS_EX1_C130\texture.j_raf_gr and paste it into the CS_EX1_C130\texture.xxx folder for the new livery.
