Title: Landing Lights not working (properly)
Post by 707captain on Mar 30th, 2013 at 9:55pm
Hello,

my Landing lights at the inner wing near the fuselage are blinking and not permanentely running. ALso they seem to be very weak.

Any ideas?

I think that that is something that happens, with the CS707, when Preview DirectX 10 is selected.

Hello,

You already know a solution? I have the same problem. I use FSX in DX10 mode.
CaptainSim writes: DirectX 9/10 compatible

Best regards
Andreas

If you use the SteveFX - DX10 Scenery Fixer, they will work with DX10. If you use DX10 without the SteveFX fixer, then you need to download some files (I got them from the Avsim library) to make DX 10 work better with most addon aircraft. I got all the info from there, I think it was from the DX-10 Discussions, Hints and Help forum. :-/

Hi Markoz

I have the DX10 Fixer in use. It causes no improvement. It seems to be an error of CaptainSim. The beacon light is at the position of the landing lights.

Kind regards
Andreas
