Err - Wow, something I've never had to do! Fully powered on APU and in Push Back, Fuel Isolators ON, Pressure Pumps ON, 'Auto Start' selected and just Select the Right engine to "Start" -- wait until stable and do some house keeping then Select Left engine to "Start" and complete procedure. - Takes about 2 minutes.  :) NEVER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT MIXTURE????
