Greetings Captains,
A tutorial has been published on my website for those who would like some guidance/help going from a cold and dark cockpit through to programming the FMC, setting up the AP and preparing for push, engine start and working through the electronic checklists.
Its designed for those who take a more relaxed approach to flying as it doesn't follow 'correct' procedures, but it certainly works for me and I am yet to experience any problems configuring and flying this wonderful aircraft.
