You may want to check out Greg Wilson's freeware 777 panel (jb777panel_rel_1_032.zip @ avsim). I've included the 16:9 2d panel bitmap to my CS 777 panel.cfg file, tweaked it a bit, and added a few Captain Sim 777 gauges on top of it... It's a work in progress, far from perfect, but it looks nice, FPS are way up, and it's quite usefull with the PAX version... Can't upload anything, but here's a few ideas to get you started... It looks like this so far...
