Title: B767 Panel For B777
Post by wb2002 on Mar 4th, 2013 at 6:49am
I have tried to search for mention of this but could not find. Is it possible to use the B767 2d panel for the B777 - will it work or has anyone tried?

Why would anyone even think of mixing from other products? 777 Panel is fine nothing wrong with it

You might be able to, but I wouldn't guarantee it. When I tried to add the CS 767-300 VC to the 777-200 Exterior Model (v0.1), I couldn't get it to work correctly.

You may want to check out Greg Wilson's freeware 777 panel (jb777panel_rel_1_032.zip @ avsim). I've included the 16:9 2d panel bitmap to my CS 777 panel.cfg file, tweaked it a bit, and added a few Captain Sim 777 gauges on top of it... It's a work in progress, far from perfect,  but it looks nice, FPS are way up, and it's quite usefull with the PAX version... Can't upload anything, but here's a few ideas to get you started...

It looks like this so far... That's at Sunskyjet KPHL (wonderful, and freeware too)

Here's my modifications to the panel.cfg file (keep everything else!!! backup the original panel.cfg file!!!)
