Title: Not in database
Post by CameronL on Mar 2nd, 2013 at 6:50pm
Hi guys. When ever I type in my airport on the INT page I get a "Not in database" message. I was supposed to be on a flight from LIRN-OMDB. Looks like we have a delay. Thanks for any help!

Hi,
This happened to me as well. Check your Nav Data database. it might be out dated. I installed e new one and it worked.

Where/how do I do that?

You would have to buy the database from AIRAC.

Or, just re-install the aircraft. That might solve it.

Haris
AIRAC is the name of database not the seller.

Cameron
The current database which is AIRAC cycle 1302 can be purchased from Navigraph at http://www.navigraph.com/.

IF the airport is not in the AIRAC database from about a year ago, how will he know it's in the latest one. It would be a waste of money to buy the latest AIRAC only to find the airport isn't in it either.
If Cameron was to tell us which airport he was getting the error with, we can make sure it is in the latest AIRAC for him before he buys it. ;)
