I have Win 8.1, FSX w/Accel Pack, and just purchased CS 767 base pack.  I've loaded the 767 using Run as Administrator and I can get to the VC, but half of the VC appears disabled. Cockpit lighting controls (both sides) and the MCP are functional. The instrument panel, aisle panel, and overhead panel are non-functional.  PFDs, MFDs, and CDUs show as black rectangles.  Even if you try and go to Views|Instrument Panels|CDU you just get an undocked black rectangle.  Other instrument panel views from the overhead panel are clickable when you bring them up, but the Overhead Panel selection under Cockpit is not. I have a screenshot of the cockpit, but the site won't let me attach it until I've sent 10 posts.

You might need to run FSX as an administrator as well (especially if FSX is in installed in its default location (C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)).
