The snd.txt file was only a list of the included sound files. It has no other purpose. 1. Are you trying to install to Prepar3D? 2. Does the VSpeed Input gauge open? 3. Does the sound check work when you click on the top of the VSpeed Input gauge? Please check that you panel.cfg has the following in it: (Note: Your gaugeXX values may be different!) Code (]
