Who operates the 777 IRL with a hud..?

I have the "other developers" 737-600/700/800/900 series which has a HUD. I never use it (turned OFF in the options for all models). If Captain Sim add it, I won't use it.

AND I AM NOT SAYING CAPTAIN SIM SHOULD NOT DO IT! So don't take go there. ;)

Boeing does not install HUDs into the 777. However some operators do retrofit their cockpits with HUDs. FedEx is the only operator I know that is doing this.

I don't think that CS should have one because that takes away the realistic factor. CS isn't responsible for retrofits.
