Vast majority of people do not have any issues with activation. I do agree with the above post. In 99% of cases activation issues are system related, they have nothing to do with our file protection etc. That is why we usually suggest to read and follow step by step KB entries #685 and 31.

By certain professional standards where people pay for things, 2 seperate people turning up same day with same problem, is a very big deal.

A solution , or a plan to resolve would help, and even that is not available.
