I must add, that touch wood off course i have not yet had this problem of the engines not starting, i follow basically the same principal as you would on the 747 or 737, on the 777 you need to close some valves to bleed air from the APU to the correct engine you want to start, once you have the fan moving moving (cant remember what the figure is right now) i flip the Fuel Cutoff switch to on, i then close the valves to the running engine and open the no 2 engine valves and do the same.
