Title: For captain who have problems with 707 or 737radio Post by ddanield on Jan 18th, 2013 at 11:21am
Hello
In the aircraft.cfg of Cs 707 and Cs737 you have a part [radios) and the numeric code of the lines are for the first number : 1 = available for the second : 1= standby usable for the 3th : 1 = usable for ILS The original version of this two files are incorrect. You can corrige this lines so : nav.1 = 1, 0, 1 nav.2 = 1, 0, 0 Bye |

As you can see from the entry in the aircraft.cfg for my 707-300:
[Radios] Audio.1=1 Com.1=1, 0 Com.2=1, 0 Nav.1=1, 0, 1 Nav.2=1, 0, 0 Adf.1=1, 0 Adf.2=1, 0 Transponder.1=1 Marker.1=1 and the entry in the aircraft.cfg for my 737-200: [Radios] // Radio Type = availiable, standby frequency, has glide slope Audio.1= 1 Com.1 = 1, 0 Com.2 = 1, 0 Nav.1 = 1, 0, 1 Nav.2 = 1, 0, 0 Adf.1= 1 Adf.2= 1 Transponder.1 = 1 Marker.1= 1 that that is the way they are set by default. So mine have always been like that. Yours should have been the same. :-/ |

Hello Mark
Sorry ! For me it was : nav.1= 0, 1, 1 nav.2 = 0, 1, 0 and after installations of Civa and other (???) I found the radios impossible to use. Perhaps I was not alone . Yes Mark it's exact the original aircraft was correct. Bye |
