Rob mentioned a vital item. Can you guys confirm that you've used the data card and the V-One gauge at least once? This means that the data card shows valid entries for the weights and that you can see the yellow text on top of the screen.

The reason behind this is that both gauges need to run to allow for a proper initialization. As for the sounds, there would be a possible error source when it comes to the entries in the panel.cfg. You need to have valid entries for the sound gauge. Those should look like this.

Needless to say that the sound dsd gauge should be present in the gauges folder while the sound files go to a place within the sound folder of FSX (not the aircraft's). Well, mainly repeating the readme.  :-/ But the error must arise from one of those steps.
