Reinstall the C-130 X-perience and see if that gets it working correctly. If not, use the Extended Download Service to get a new installation file, as the one you are using may be corrupt.
Check-in to Your Profile > Product (C-130 X-perience All-in-One Pack) > Extended Download Service > Get New Links |
