With the weight problem.
The ACE does not include the weight of the Pilot, First Officer and the Crew!!!

The weight of them is as follows (in pounds):
station_load.0 ="170, 70, -2, 3, Captain"
station_load.1 ="170, 70, 2, 3, First Officer"
station_load.2 ="510, 66, 0, 3, Crew"

170 + 170 + 510 = 850 pounds = ~386 Kilograms! This is almost exactly the difference between the two weights in you post.

With the CDU problems of loading a saved route.
I have not had that problem. I will test it later to see if mine works okay or not - I'm currently in a the early stages of a two hour flight in another aircraft, so I need to finish that flight first. ;)
