Title: Night lighting
Post by Kyprianos Biris on Nov 24th, 2012 at 7:41pm
The gauge at night is pitch black, even the casing of the screen with the switches around it.

Once you switch default MS panel lights it is properly lit.

Unfortunately some detailed add on aircraft do not use stock MS Panel Light but their own one.

Result : CS weather radar is pitch black at night even though the functions operate. There is no way to see where the keys are.

Is there any chance we can have an alternative gauge with the outside surface having a texture that at least is somehow illuminated at night by default (maybe just make the day texture a night texture too but just a bit dimmer) ?

If not we are doomed in using it only at day time with specific add on's.  :'(

Hi.
I have only recently got another company permission to transfer my js41 over to a new pc,in my old pc,it had the reallity wxr,but that got corrupted by my zone alarm,so once i got the js41 into my new pc,i got hold of cs wxr.
last night i had the same trouble, when trying a night flight.
playing about with different light switches,i found that the panel or combing light switches on the js41 roof panel, turns the cs wxr popup lights on or off.
regards alan.
