i want to register my boxed 767
how can i do that :-/

another company B767 customers: you can find the Order Number on the box. Please note, the last version available to you as a free update is the 1.5 (the current one).

i have the order number,but when i try to register then is problem i cant
i have boxed version from another company

I'm not really sure how you go about registering the another company Boxed 767, so Tanya (Captain Sim 2) will have to sort that out for you.

Hopefully she will read this topic soon. ;)

You need to register it with 'another company' as you bought the product from them.

@alexplgr - Register with another company, and then you'll probably get a "confirmation" email from Captain Sim.
Once you get that confirmation email, you will be able to Check-in to Your Profile.

It probably works the same way as it does when you buy a download version from one of the partner/affiliate online stores. ;)

i can  chek-in this is not problem i have register the  777 and 757
but i want to register 767 couze i need to download the last version 1,5

Go to www.another company.com > Select Updates or Select FAQS/Updates >  Register OR Sign In > Do you want to register another product?

Note: The Do you want to register another product? might be different if you have never registered with them before. I already have a lot of another company addons so that's what I see.

Doing this, they might inform Captain Sim that you have registered the 767 Captain Boxed product with them and Captain Sim will add it to you Profile. I'm just assuming that's what they do. But it seems logical to do it that way. ;)

but the only captain sim producte listed is b707 and f-104 :'(

I take it isn't possible to get the update through another company then?

i dont know, i sentit e-mail to another company about that,i whait answer from them
