Sorry that it has not worked for you. I can't think of why it isn't installing correctly. :(

As to the comment I made about deleting the Captain Sim entry in the Windows registry was because you only needed to delete the 721PRO_FSX entry. It is no big deal if the only Captain Sim addon you own is the 727-100 Base Pack.

I don't know if Captain Sim will use Remote Assistance to sort it out. In truth, it is not wise to give access to your computer to people you do not know and trust. I have never done it for anyone (not that anyone has asked anyway).
