Yes, I just had a Captain Sim.

Did you try an offline activation?

Yes I tried this option three times.

Try doing these to if enquiry.c That gets it working:
1) Turn off your Antivirus software while you install it. They can sometimes interfere because the activation needs to add the entry into the registry. I use Avast, and sometimes it blocks the installation, so I deactivate the "shields" for 10 minutes When Installing FSX addons.

I had not disabled my AVG. I'll turn it off like you said.

2) Turn off the UAC (User Account Control) because it is quite Restrictive Especially C: \ Program Files or C: \ Program Files (x86).
