Hi there, Your best bet may be to uninstall FSX and then install it in a different directory, preferably on a physical drive where Windows is not installed. (my own: E:\FSX) That way once you install as administrator, all limitations from the Windows security system will be much less noticeable or completely gone. My security settings are pretty tight and I have not had a single issue yet. Keep in mind that I do install all my add-ons on a different drive as well (E:\FSXadd) I have the CS planes, other, REX Essential, FS2Crew; GSX etc. and everything runs quite well. HTH, Marc

That's the same way I do it, and I don't have any problems either.
