Did you download the UHDT base pack first? You need it installed on your PC first before you add their AA liveries.

Roger that, eventually figured it out. when you download said UHDT base fisles, the filed is just called base. you need to rename it and add .exe. After that it was simple. Thanks AirCanadaGuy and others. good call.
