I am pretty sure those are radar return/reciever strips for the WX radar, well correct me if I am wrong...

I was reading about the B-36 that crashed in the Canadian rockies (supposedly with a nuke) and they were looking at similar shaped parts, but those weren't from the nose cone...They are indeed lightning strips ( I did my homework) ;) as anything like carbon fiber, fiber glass, plastic will explode when struck by lightning
