I'm a bit confused with your fuel used. If you left RPLL with full tanks and used only 8%, then the burn would have been about 6,200 lbs of fuel. You should have used somewhere around 11,500 lbs of fuel (15%).

Also, why would you take-off with full tanks anyway? Your fuel load should be about 20,000 to 25,000 lbs for a 650nm flight.

Are your passengers and cargo fully loaded also?

Your aircraft may be too heavy for the approach speed you were using. Were you landing at the correct Vref speed for flaps 20, 25, or 30?
