Did you install the C130 using the "Run as administrator" to install it in Win7? Right click on the csp131_1300.exe (assuming it is the C-130 X-perience All-in-One Pack), then select the "Run as administrator" from the list that pops up. When given the option to Repair or Remove, select Repair. See if that sorts it out.

As a general rule, it is not the computer itself, but probably the combination of 3rd party addon products and FSX with it's strange doings.
