Under free liveries for Weapon for FSX this pops up:

C-130H Aup panel upgrade by Prechapoj Pussaramalai.

Looks interesting but the file does not exist anymore.

Does anyone know about this mod?

My last upgrade version for Captainsim C-130H panel

*Aspan panel (pfd&mfd) they're payware from Friendly panels,

It has to be. You would need to completely redo the 3D VC model to get it to look like that.
