Title: Paintkit question Post by sab39v on Apr 23rd, 2012 at 7:36pm
Hello CSim,
I was wondering if it would be possible to share the following files in your paintkit (ofcourse layerd PSD's): cs737_02_T cs737_03_T The reason I'm asking? I've started works on the Sabena livery. They, together with Lufthansa, painted the wings in white. I was able to correct 70% of the top wing to a white paint via the layers in cs737_04_T cs737_05_T cs737_06_T but the rest of the top and underside is painted on those 02_T and 03_T files and they are not featured in the paintkit :( So my wings (and the elevator) are looking a bit "patched" up for the moment :) Thanks for your attention. The paintkit is awsome. Alignment is a pain in the ass, but the layers are awesome... ;D All the best, Vital Vanbeginne Naamloos-1_001.jpg (Attachment deleted)

Thank you very much Captain Sim!
Could you provide any tips, tricks regarding the V-TAIL section on cs737_01_T What would help a lot is the vertical and horizontal offset (in pixels) of the rudder; versus the main tail section. This may sound obscene... but I can't get my tail aligned :D |

Try measure the offsets on some existing livery. We do not know these numbers. |
