I have been trying (3 times now) to submit a ticket on the 200ADV exterior regarding the slats.  Every time I finish filling in all of the information and hit "submit" it tells me to "fill in everything marked in red".  Problem is that there is nothing marked in red.  Any suggestions?

I would pose the question in the forum, but there doesn't really seem to be anywhere that would be appropriate to place it.
