Hmmm it's still not uploaded... Nor my PanAm livery. They must be busy ;)

Delta livery is there, I checked the other day.

As far as CS's paint site, I would upload it there if I knew how.

Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Get Free Liveries, then click on the link Got a new livery or mod? Publish it here. See attached image.
