You press SHIFT+3 to access it. To read about how to use the Load Control Panel in the XLoad USER�S MANUAL (csx187_manual.pdf) on page 7.

If you don't have the manual, check-in to Your Profile > Product > Extended Download Service > Get Manuals

NOTE. The torpedo is actually an external fuel tank. ;)
