Honest from RW pilot stand point. The default ATC that comes with any sim stinks. Best going online with IVAO or Vatsim. Then you'll get as close as it gets feel.
The ATC is pretty much the same for P3D as it is for FSX, from what I have just experienced.

Ouch! :o That's not good.

C:\Windows (C:\ = Disk0 Partition 1 of 4)
I:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D (I:\ = Disk2 partition 3 of 3)
J:\Flight Simulator X (J:\ = Disk1 Partition 1 of 1)

So basically, they are alone on the either the partition or the drive that they are installed on. Not sure if this could make that big of a difference or not.
