I'm back in Flight Simulation's world with a heavy desire to fly my 767-300.
I'm not running it on the latest 1.5 SP. i've tried it sometimes before and it looked worse than before :
"Improved flight saving and loading" -> not for me I had the same problem when loading a flight with the ram air turbine out and which can't be retracted, yam damper failure if my memory is good, other switches not in saved position, reset MCP etc...

And the pop up 2D panels were deformed I had to re-form and resize them each time before get on the captain's seat. (Those pop up 2D panels which are very usefull for me.

For the systems changes I'm not a professional so I won't talk about it.

So the main problem for me is always to be unable to save a long flight and load it later beacause I never spend hours in front of my pc
(And I do long flight 10, 11Hours with the another company 747 for example)

But with the 767 a 5/6 or more hours is inconceivable. Moreover my graphic card is just so sometimes on final approach I have a problem and a back to desktop with errror message.

Do you think I should even so install this 1.5 Update ?

I messed around with it for several days and then uninstalled 1.5 and never reinstalled 1.4. I am disgusted with the 757 and 767. The newer versions are one step forward and two steps backward.

So I am not the only one thinking the latest update is worst than before.

For the 757 I have another company's boxed edition and it work pretty good but the 767 it is another story.  :(
Bad thing cause the exterior model and VC are realy great like all other Captain Sim's products, a pleasure to fly, and there're not a lot differences between the 757 (this one which work perfect for me) and 767.
Moreover there are not lots of 767 (another company/CLS is very simplified (not for me), the another company's one is not graphicaly enought for me even if people say it's a piece of art and I don't want to spend €40 or more on an airplane I already have.

I was happy when I found the sentance : "Improved flight saving and loadin".

Please Captain Sim to add a good service pack which correct this big problem.

I'm finding that v1.5 works fine for me. I installed v1.5 and have been using it ever since.

For the 767 I have not seen any mention by CS of an update or newer version beyond version 1.5. So they must think it works fine and it probably does on various combinations of hardware and software but it does not work with my system and various addons I have. So don't hold your breath for any updates.

For the 757 the current version is 4.6. I tried that and went back to 4.4. CS has mentioned in posts that there will be a version 5.0 but in the distant future and it will not be free.
