The Condition Levers have to be in "Run" Position. This could be a bit fiddly, the lever has to be exact in postion - 1 mm above or under the engine won't start [smiley=undecided.gif]

I suggest to save the flight with "hot and warm" C-130 (engines running), this saves times and nerves. I only use engine start procedure very rare.
