when in the f18 i see the control panel for weaps in vr panel only not in standard panel

when i hit space to "test" fire all i get is a white cross, and when i hit space and move the cross around my head moves around ithe cockpit

when i hit the loader.exe before starting fsx < after starting it< starting it before selecting plane OR when already in plane ive tried all variations
all i get is a white box with a red error X
