It's not available. We are hoping that with the next update, we will get the capability to drop bombs. There is a way to drop "bombs" using some of the mods available in the Free Liveries which is accessible via checking-in to Your Profile > Product > Get Free Liveries. The "bombs" are more like a missile/guided bomb I think. I'm not really sure how they did it because I never really took a close look at the mods.

As far as I know, it won't. It has nothing to do with FSX. It is its own Flight "simulator". I use the term "simulator" loosely because it is more like a game than a simulator. MS Flight looks great, though I doubt it will fill FSX shoes. I could be wrong, but we'll know on Feb 29th. ;)
