Good Morning All,

I was forced to reformat my PC this weekend and as such I have lost the B-52 exterior file.  I had a back up of the B-52 driver upgrade and my order numbers which I assumed would be sufficient to reinstall.

However, in order to install the B-52 upgrade I need the original B-52 exterior.  I can no longer get this via the extended DL service from the product page.

I have submitted a ticket which will hopefully be addressed on Monday when the guys get back into work.

Does anybody know if I will be charged for the redownload or has anyone else had a similiar problem?

I'm not sure if this will work, but you can give it a try.

Check in to Your Profile > Select B-52 Driver > Extended Download Service > Get New Links.

Now before you download it, check the name of the file (by doing a mouse over the Server 1 (USA) download link). If the file is named csb521_1000.exe, then it is the full CS B-52 Driver (you won't need the original csb520_1000.exe). But if it is named csu521_1000.exe, then it is the upgrade version and you do need the original csb520_1000.exe file.

I bought the B-52 BUFF Exterior and then the B-52 Driver Upgrade, when the B-52 Driver was released, but I ran into install trouble and so I needed to get a new link to download the B-52 Driver Upgrade, but instead of that getting that (csu521_1000.exe), I found that I gotten the B-52 Driver FULL version (csb521_1000.exe) and so I just install that now. It is much easier than installing the exterior followed by the upgrade.

Thanks for the reply.  I've just checked my profile and the extended download service is now active for the external model.

I'm assuming either from my ticket or the post here it's been sorted pretty quicky. Very happy with that!

Just remember that yesterday was Sunday (I'm on Aussie time here) and the staff aren't there during the weekends. So I would say that Tanya checked in to do some work even though she didn't have to. ;)
