Hi CS,

I know this is not a support forum, but there is not a way to re-activate
my CS707 for FS9.
I logged in my CS profile, I clicked on Legendary 707 link, but no reference to activation ways. On the other hand, the old way through 727activ@captainsim.com is not working any more.
Could you please tell me how to ?

The question has been previously answered by our Customer Support.
Please check-in to Your Profile and use Customer Support > Search KB > KB# 660, 31

Tanya,

I logged in My Profile and on that page I searched for KB 660, 31 and it either says "no such KB# found" or with keywords KB660 or KB31, it takes me to 757 service packs.
Any easy way to reactivate the 707 ?

Please check-in to Your Profile and use Customer Support link > Search KB option > enter KB# 660, 31 into search field
