Title: -200 version displaced vertical stabilizer light
Post by Tim Capps on Sep 21st, 2011 at 2:23pm
The vertical stabilizer nav light is displaced about a wingspan to the starboard side on the -200.  On the -100 it is where it is supposed to be.  I thought I had messed something up in installing Shockwave lights, but I comment all of those out and still have the same problem.  Could someone post their LIGHTS section from their aircraft config file for the -200 or otherwise advise?  Thanks!

Hi Tim.

What version of the 727 are you using. I'm using 2.4 and the vertical stabilizer nav light is where it is supposed to be in both the -100 and -200. I'm sure Captain Sim fixed it for v2.3, but seeing as I'm not using v2.3 anymore, I can't say for sure.

Here is the list for the lights, but I doubt it will fix your problem.

[LIGHTS]
light.0 = 5,  17.6, -10.3, -4.5, cs727_landing2 //left
light.1 = 5,  17.6,  10.3, -4.5, cs727_landing2 //right

That's it. Only those two listed.

Looks like I have an old version of the expansion pack.  I'm downloading the latest version and will see if that fixes the problem.

EDIT - yep, that was it.  All fine now, thanks.  I have an old archive and I'll have to see what else needs to be updated.
