Like Mark said, go with the 737 if you want to do inter-island flights. However, should you decide you want to start flying in other areas of the world, I'd recommend the 767.

Also, are you an experienced simmer? In my experience, more modern planes such as the 767 are easy to fly as long as you can work the autopilot.  ;)
