If you choose the 767 you might have some auto pilot issues. If so just down load the latest FSUIPC. That took care of that problem for me. The auto throttle seems to work differently for everyone. You can read the threads on all this and maybe that will help in your decision making.  Consider the 727 for shorter inner Island routes. It's old school but I use it religiously when I fly in the Western United States on Vatsim.
