Jacques was a Flight Service manager and Connie was his wife. I flew with them many times - they flew as a pair, husband & wife. Connie was an artist. She painted a wonderful portraiture of my wife which hangs just behind me in the computer room. Another in the video, Marit Rhodes is in the picture shown right before Jacques and Connie. Marit was on Flight 800 along with her husband Scott Rhodes and Jacques and Connie.  Marit is the brunette.  The blonde with Marit is Jannelle Jensen.  She was Connie's roommate out of training and Jacques and Connie's dearest best friend.  :'(
