excuse my ignorance in the English language  :-[, I wanted to know after so many failed attempts to find, as you adjust the speed automatically?
when I do a flight plan must always be attached to the lever to manually adjust it possible that there is a way to turn the autopilot also speed? thanks! ;)

Sorry, but the 707 does not have an Auto Throttle. You have to manage the speed of the 707, using the throttle levers, from the beginning of the flight, to the end of the flight. That is why you cannot find a way to set it.

It takes quite a bit of practice, but after a while you will get used to it. ;)

so if I were to make a trip of 18 hours I have to stay in front of the PC to control the throttle all the way! or worse if I have to go to the toilet I have to bring back the pc .- ehehe) But I missed only one to complete the work ....

Not really. When I do a long haul flight, I set the throttles at a setting that holds a speed of M0.80 - M0.84, depending on how economical I want the flight to be. Doing that, I can make quick trips to the kitchen and toilet, but not for too long, especially when using real weather. I try not to be away for more than 5 minutes, just in case something goes wrong. ;)

maybe there's a way that I have yet to try, get in altitude of 33000fl and leave the handcuffs at the most, I believe that the speed does not go beyond 310 or 320ias, the important thing and that care must be taken during the climb, a When you reach the altitude I can go where I want! 8-)
I wanted to ask you're part of some virtual AEROLINE? I am a member of the Italian Flying "italiani volanti"  ;)

I have signed up on VATSIM, but I have not done a flight yet. I would probably join an Asian Pacific airline company. Bit I have not decided on that either. :-?
