I also have this issue with the 707.  I bought it on release and have upgraded my PC twice since then.  Still, the issue is the same.  The post above this is somewhat misleading, as the flickers produced in the VC of this aircraft, are NOT the same as the flickers produced by an overwork PC or video card.

I guess because it doesn't happen to everyone, CS decided it wasn't worth fixing.  Sadly, that is so with some developers.

I haven't been able to fly my CS 707 'seriously' since purchase;-(
